I decided to re-installed both OS's on the home server a while back but didn't have time to get into until recently.  I now have Win XP for iTunes and games. But I write code in VIM for LAMP platforms so I spend the overwhelming amount of time in Xubuntu.

So it's been well over a year since I wrote up a blog entry.  In that time my daughter Guehendao has grown from wobbly little baby to a beautiful little toddler with a strong personality.  She's over a year and half at the time of this entry and there she is!

We finally had our ultrasound session.  It lasted longer than I expected and it seemed like Dr. Hahn at USC Med Center did a thorough job inspecting the internal organs, skeleton, skull, face, spine, reproductive organs, and brain.

I'm impressed with the ultrasound equipment's display abilities.  Some aspects, such as the coloring of blood flow through the beating heart in realtime we very Star Trek.  I really didn't expect that we would be able to get anything near that level of details.

Well, Laura got her wish.  We are having a girl!!! 4 months to go.
